At Lusso, we offer a 14-day hassle free return policy from the date you received your delivery.

Please email us at with your name, order number, and the reason for return and will send you our shipping details. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping is paid by you and Lusso will not refund shipping costs unless they are for damage or defective items (see below).

Once your return is received and inspected for any tampering, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then a refund will be applied within 10 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at assist@lussosun and return instructions will be sent to you.

We always strive to maintain the highest quality of standard and exceptional customer service. If by chance your items arrive defective or damaged we will provide a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us at with your name, order number, details of the product (quantity, name), and a description of the damage. Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. We will then send you an email with shipping details.

We will ask you to initially pay for shipping to us however this will be later refunded after we receive and inspect your item for defects/damage.

We will notify you by email when we have received your faulty item and again when we have approved or rejected your refund. If approved, then a refund will be applied within 10 business days, along with a reimbursement of your shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
